The Munja Track is a private track that spans some 220km (one way) from Mt Elizabeth Station through typical Kimberley terrain to Walcott Inlet on the WA coastline.
The Munja Track provides the only 4x4 driving access to Walcott Inlet.
The Munja is strictly a high-clearance 4x4 track with some very challenging sections including many 'jump-ups' and river crossings. The terrain and the scenery constantly change and there are many rewarding sites along the way.
Passing through the Drysdale River, Bachsten Bush Camp, alongside sacred Aboriginal rock art sites, gorges and waterfalls, the Munja track really does encompass the full Kimberley experience!
Access to the Munja Track is via Mt Elizabeth Station and carries a fee of $150 per vehicle, plus a $50 key deposit (refundable on return). NOTE: The Munja is accessible between June - September (dependent on weather conditions), please contact us for further information
